Who we are

The MiruArt app and this website belong to RR SERVICOS ADMINISTRATIVOS LTDA, CNPJ 61.473.863/0001-70, based in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to contato@miruart.app.

What stays on the device

When creating a profile, the child picks a name or nickname, an illustrated character (never a photo) and a language. The app stores this, along with coins, hunt progress and sound and language settings, only in the device’s own storage.

This data is never sent to any server of ours and we have no access to it. To delete it, open the profile, go to edit and tap delete profile. Uninstalling the app deletes everything.

What the app does not do

• It does not ask for an account, email or phone number.
• It does not use the camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
• It does not show ads.
• It does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, ours or third-party.
• It has no chat and no contact between users.
• It does not sell or share data.

Downloading routes

Free routes come pre-installed. When a route is purchased, the app downloads its files from our content server, and from time to time checks the catalog for updates. In these connections, as with any internet access, the server receives the technical data needed to deliver the files, such as the IP address and device type. We do not use this data to identify anyone or build profiles. The hosting provider may keep temporary technical logs for security and to operate the service.

Purchases

Purchases are made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, under those companies’ privacy policies. We do not receive or store payment details, or the buyer’s name or email. Before any purchase, the app asks a question only an adult can answer.

When you write to us

The contact button, protected by the same adult question, opens the device’s own email app with a message pre-filled with the app version, language and, when relevant, the route and stop. Nothing is sent unless the adult taps send.

We use the email address and message only to reply and to fix routes, and delete them when no longer needed. There is no need to include any information about the child.

Children

MiruArt is made for children aged 6 to 12, accompanied by an adult. Because the app collects no personal data, there is no children’s data to store or share. If you believe we have received a child’s data, for example in an email, write to us and we will delete it.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party fonts or scripts. As with any website, the hosting provider receives technical access data such as the IP address.

Your rights

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and other applicable laws, you may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of personal data. Since we only hold data when someone writes to us, just send your request to contato@miruart.app.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
